Meet Our Professionals

Michelle Lindley - Owner

Michelle’s journey is rooted in the intricate landscape of human psychology. With a solid background in psychology and a focus on trauma-informed care, she has dedicated her career to fostering healing environments, particularly in the delicate realms of psychiatric care for teens and trauma-informed education as an elementary school teacher. As the co-founder of Omnia Group Ashland, Michelle has passionately contributed to the establishment of a haven for healing. Omnia Group is a sanctuary carefully designed for individuals seeking a new level of well-being through psilocybin-assisted experiences. Driven by her belief in the transformative power of psilocybin she aims to facilitate connections—both within oneself and with the broader community.

Ana Holub - Director of Facilitation

Ana Holub, MA, offers forgiveness education, recovery from addiction, and psychedelic integration. She holds a BA in Peace Studies and an MA in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law. She has been a mediator for over 20 years and a dedicated teacher of peace skills and restorative justice for incarcerated adults at San Quentin Prison and for youth at juvenile hall. She was honored as a Champion of Forgiveness by the Worldwide Forgiveness Alliance in 2018. Her book on forgiveness is called Forgive and Be Free. In 2022 – 2023, Ana served on the faculty of Entheonation’s Plant Spirit School, based in Ibiza, Spain. She also worked closely with psychedelic integration students as the head learning coach for PSS, and provided integration circles after ayahuasca journeys for PSS students during a practicum in Peru in 2023. Ana is grateful for the deep personal healing and expansion she’s received from psychedelics throughout the last 40 years. With her life partner, Michael Novak, Ana offers Safe Nest, an educational forum for couples, friends and family who are exploring psychedelics for health and inner freedom. She has a private practice in Ashland, Oregon.

Myles Katz

Myles is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of global experience, spanning five impact-focused startups dedicated to innovation and sustainability. Co-founder of The Synthesis Institute, Myles spearheaded pioneering legal psychedelic services, aiding over 1,000 individuals on their wellness journeys. Actively engaged in Oregon’s psilocybin legalization, he participated in the rulemaking process at the invitation of the Oregon Health Authority. Now, with Hi-U Foundation and Confluence Retreats, Myles integrates nature-based retreats within Oregon’s legal framework, collaborating with indigenous communities. Licensed by the Oregon Health Authority as a Psilocybin Facilitator, Myles is dedicated to advancing legal psychedelic services and fostering transformative healing experiences.

Michael Novak

Michael Novak, along with his life partner Ana Holub, is a co-founder of Safe Nest, an educational forum supporting couples, close friends and family members seeking to deepen their relationships through psychedelic co-journeys. Michael has explored consciousness and healing with psychedelics since early adulthood. Michael’s personal experience includes healing a decades-long addiction to alcohol through intentional use of psilocybin mushrooms. Michael supports other men seeking to deepen peace in their lives to prepare for and integrate psychedelic experiences. Michael is currently in training to be a licensed psilocybin-services facilitator in Oregon. For the past 28 years, Michael has worked as a hydrogeologist and human-health risk assessor investigating and cleaning up water, soil and air contaminated with toxic chemicals. Michael brings his decades of experience with safety, regulatory compliance and compassionate communication to his career in psychedelics.

Megan Frost - MD, MPH

Megan has been a practicing general surgeon in the Rogue Valley since 2013 and predominantly treats people with cancer. Her Master’s in Public Health helped her learn the important difference between caring for a population and an individual. She is a prescriber for Oregon’s Death with Dignity and takes great honor in helping those who have come to terms with their death take control over their last moments. After settling into her career, she felt like she was doing a good job taking care of cancer but was still inadequate in taking care of the person as a whole. When she learned of the potential of psychedelic-assisted therapy that could benefit people with cancer, terminal illness, and mental health disorders, she felt excited for another tool to assist people going through the hardships of life. She completed the California Institute of Integral Studies Certificate in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Research. She is using her clinical background, knowledge of public health, and passion for psychedelics to advocate and educate the community about the potential of psychedelic-assisted therapy.
