Tsana Anders

Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator

My name is Tsana. My childhood was spent in the northern mountains of New Mexico where I developed a deep affiliation and respect for nature. The incredible space and vastness of the landscape gave me ample opportunities to delve into the inner workings of my own consciousness, which became a favorite pastime. My name (Tsana) means ‘little’ and my middle name (Osha) ‘magic’, which I feel has been something I have always carried with me through life.

My desire to explore expanded states of consciousness began as a teenager studying yoga deeply rooted in the ancient wisdom of the yoginis under Parvathi Nanda Nath, a respected teacher in the traditions of Tantra and Shree Vidya. I am now a dedicated yoga teacher and licensed psilocybin facilitator with nearly two decades of experience guiding others in movement, meditation, and self-inquiry. In the psychedelic space, my goal is to bring a grounded and intuitive presence, creating an opportunity for others to reconnect with themselves through breath, body, and expanded states of awareness.

About Tsana Anders

In my experience, yoga (as well as many modalities of meditation) construct a sort of scaffolding that is designed to support expanded states of consciousness. With modern research and medicine catching up with this ancient knowledge, we now know that many of these practices offer similar benefits as those of psychedelics. I feel strongly that my years of study have given me an incredible toolkit to be able to prepare and support myself and others as they begin to explore altered / expanded states of consciousness.

Many occurrences have led me to where I find myself today, including pursuing an art degree, a decade long obsession with rock climbing, much travel and becoming a mother. I have found the medicine of psilocybin extremely powerful in the trajectory of my self-healing as it has helped to deepen the work I had been doing for many years using more traditional therapies. Because of my personal experiences of the incredible impact it can have, I believe psilocybin therapy has the potential to offer deep healing, expansion and introspection. I feel honored to be able to work with such ancient and powerful medicine and to be able to be a supportive witness as others enter their own journeys.

Facilitating Your Journey

I believe that through authentic connection, trust forms and creates the foundation for each person to come into the space to work with psilocybin. It is not my job (or my place) to create your experience, but rather to help you construct and hold a safe space that allows, encourages and supports the intimate relationship you form with the mushrooms. It is a deep honor for me to witness you, with immense courage, step into the unknown. I hope to see you there.
